random1289's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Goodbyes and Friends Forever Tonight was like something from a movie for me. My friend Samantha is moving to California. She's leaving tomorrow. She told us on Wednesday, so that didn't leave much time to plan something. We decided to go over to Ashlyn's house today from 4:30ish-10:00ish. Rebecca, Sam, Alexandria and I rode with Nelly and her mom. Once we left we realized none of us remembered how to get to Ashlyn's. And Ashlyn didn't have her phone on. I'd never experienced so many donuts in my life. Well, besides the ones in krispy kreme. Anyway, we finally got there and we jumped on Ashlyn's trampoline for awhile. I was laughing so hard I almost peed in my pants. Then we ordered pizza and watched Disturbia. Right after we watched Disturbia we were in the kitchen (we just finished eating some of Sam's goodbye cake) when all of a sudden Nelly screamed! I looked up and saw Ashlyn standing in the kitchen window (outside). It was sooo scary! I screamed. After that we played hide and go seek. But pretty fun. After that we went and jumped on the trampoline some more. Then we got tired and just kind of sat there. We sat in a circle. Knees touching knees. Then we all went around in the circle and told our story on how we met Samantha. I'm tearing up just thinking about it. Then we all promised to be friends forever. We had all lost friends before because of lack of contact. None of us wanted it to happen again. We decided that we needed a song. So we turned the radio in Ashlyn's mom's car to full blast and said the next song that came on, would be our song. "Wake Up Call" by Maroon 5 didn't exactly seem to fit though. In fact, no good songs really came on. So, we decided we're going to make a list of our top 5 and then we'll pick our favorties from everybody's list and so on. (If anybody has suggestions, that'd be great) Lots of stuff happened inbetween, but I'd have to write a novel just to describe it all. We took lots of pictures and then said our goodbyes. I can't believe she's leaving.
