Laughter is the best medicine

I went to the festival today with my friends Maritza and Alexandria.

We had so much fun. There were lots of booths of stuff to buy,
And some free stuff too.
Well, the mentos at the mentos booth were free.
Anyway... I ended up buying a hat. It's really cute, I'll post a picture eventually.

I saw Erica though. She was with her family. None of her "friends" wanted to go with her.

There was a carnival too! I rode a few rides, but I get motion sickness really easily, so I started to feel sick. I had to sit down. I felt really bad, like I was ruining our good time, but Maritza and Alexandria were really nice. They sat down with me and offered to buy me a sprite. It made me smile, knowing I have such great friends.

So, on our way back to the festival I was still feeling kind of sick, so I sat down and drank some lemonade. We were sitting there, and theese boys walk up (they were about 12) and they started asking us if we had any change. They kept saying that they'd do anything, even sing or dance. So, Alexandria asked them to do sing the little song and do the dance from the new starburst commercial ("Berries and cream! Berries and cream! I'm a little lad that loves berries and cream!)

One of the boys did it.
Twice.
So we gave them 2 dollars. It really cheered me up. I didn't feel sick anymore after that. I guess laughter really is the best medicine.

Oh! And we got henna tattoos!
Well, Maritza didn't get one...

Alexandria got the Chanel symbol on her wrist, and I got a moon and a star on my wrist.

Anyway, we had a really good time.
It was lots of fun.
Plus I got dippin dots, and funnel cake! Here's a pic of my tattoo.
