random1289's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My \"lucky\" day. According to the horoscope in my magazine, today was supposed to be a lucky day. I think they got a bit confused. I mean, don't get me wrong, today has been pretty good, but it's not exactly what I'd call lucky. Darcy is still here. She's my mom's friend. She's staying here until my parents get back from Vegas. We spent most of the day watching What Not to Wear. Michelle was supposed to come over and watch movies with us, but she wasn't feeling well. So, we just went out and rented some movies. We got "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants", "Mean Girls", and "She's the Man". We ordered some pizza and started watching "Sisterhood of the Taveling Pants" We ordered the pizza at 5:53 You know when the pizza got here? 8:17. Talk about a delay! We ended up actually sitting in front of the door (we have a glass storm door in front of our real door) waiting for the guy. Do you know how frustrating it is to see carlights coming down your street and then realizing that it's just your neighbor's van? Very frustrating. In fact, I got so frustrated, that I actually cleaned that storm door! Cleaned it!!! That just tells you how frustrated I was. Anyway, I pizza FINALLY came and we finished Sisterhood and watched Mean Girls. Darcy had never seen it before. She loved it. How could you not? That was my "lucky" day. If you consider waiting over 2 hours for your pizza to get delivered lucky.
