random1289's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The flu Ughh. I have the flu. I mean can you believe it? The flu season is supposed to be over. Geez. Just my luck. I'll still never get a flu shot. Damn needles.... Anyway yes I have the flu. We figured it out on Wednesday after I almost passed out. Actually, looking back on almost-passing out it probably would've been pretty funny to watch. That's because as I was starting to pass out things were getting dark so I was trying to get to the couch and on the way there I ran into the coffee table and the wall. Oh and I also missed the couch by a bit. So I settled for the floor and called my mom. Of course with my luck she didn't answer so I called my dad and they both rushed home and took me to the walk in clinic. It took the clinic 3 different tests to figure out what was wrong with me. Actually it was only 2 test because I refuse to have the strep test because I hate it soooo much. And I knew I didn't have strep anyway. Did you know that for the flu test they stick this stick up your nose and then they take it out and probably put it in some lab thingy and after ten minuets they can tell you if you have the flu or not. I didn't know that until Tuesday either. Sooo...yeah. I'm miserable now. Not only am I sick, contagious (I don't think that's spelled right. They should have spell check on here) and bored out of my mind, but Rebecca can't come over on account of how I have the flu and all. Bleh.
