random1289's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- honor roll?!?! I tried to get on the computer to finish up my research paper and my dad walks in the room and says "What are you doing?" and I say "I'm working on the research paper" and he says "well you can't right now because I have to check my email." Check his email?! I'm sorry but isn't my education more important than his checking his email? I mean honestly he was the one making a big deal on how I need to finish it. And now he's telling me I can't finish it. This is really confusing. Oh and apparently if I'm not on the honor roll, I can't go to New York this summer. And I mean seriously that's asking a lot from me. I haven't been on the honor since....I think it was sixth grade. And now all of a sudden they're expecting me to have a burst of genius and be on the honor roll. Well it's probably not going to happen. Not after I totally bombed that french test on Thursday. And I'm in 3 honors classes. So in a way a C in an honors class is kinda like a B. But my parents just don't get that. Not that they ever try to listen.
